For anyone who doesn’t know, Fantasy Flights are something that most major airports run during December, where they’ll partner with children’s hospitals and other children’s programs to host a “flight to the North Pole.”

All of the gate staff and flight crew dress up like Santa’s elves or other Christmas themes, and the plane then taxis around the airport (a very few of them even take off and do a short flight around before landing) and then arrives at a hanger that’s been turned into the North Pole and Santa’s Workshop!

There’s a Santa, there’s snacks and presents, there’s all sorts of different little celebrations, and then they all board back up and “fly” home.
