Our seats are in the 2nd row, so I left the theater flaked in bubble soap.

I think the play needs more work to become a holiday classic, but I'm not sure if it's the script, the direction, or the actors.

I felt like the play was rushed and needed space to breathe. Then there was a long scene of Kit walking around the stage, balancing on benches supported by ensemble. I know it was needed to set the peril of the final chase, but that time could have trimmed and used elsewhere.

Run time was about 90 minutes, no intermission.

Sounds mostly like the script, then.
