trying to figure out what to eat because I'm still full-ish from lunch
I had noodles at lunch. I mean they were tortellini, but still pasta
(with pesto sauce and some cut up pieces of summer sausage (do not recommend, too salty for the dish imho) and some artichoke hearts, a whole can because I was like ...why not. this way I don't have to store it.
I could do triscuit nachos I guess, yeah. I don't have chips (I have sunchips, but those are not nacho chips), but the triscuits make decent nachos
my mom used to do triscuits with a melted piece of cheese and some sliced black olives and some taco bell mild sauce as a snack, it was tasty, so triscuits are on my "can do nachos, sort of" list
I don't have actual queso sauce. just cheddar blocks
cheddar blocks are dangerous
green bean salad sounds good, but I don't have anything for it except a can of green beans
cheddar is my go to snack cheese since I'm lactose intolerant and softer cheese tend to be more problems, so cheddar straddles that line. I like to buy them as sticks because then they can be like... "I need protein/a snack"
I hate having to deal with a block, because we don't have one of those wire cheese cutter things, so it's a pain. so a block is more of a deterent to using cheese really
the pain of ADHD. if it's difficult to do, I just won't do it

I don't get that for me like
all I have to do is take meds for example and why is it so much effort /sigh
the only way I can make myself take meds is to make it a step before I do something I have to do. Like 1. take meds 2. get dressed for work. Or 1. take meds 2. go to bed.
so I take my ocd/anxiety meds and allergy meds as part of the get dressed routine. get up, take the meds. then I can proceed to change out of jammies and get dressed. if I start changing first, I am likely to forget
Or like the omega 3 vitamins are before bed, so I take the gummies because they are right next to the toothbrush, then I brush teeth, then I can go to bed.
better than fighting myself constantly
but anyway! I guess I should go look into dinner food
