Right! Time to mess up some CR. What kinds of things do you think Avalon could do that would make Rawne angry? Or disappointed, or something else.

I don’t think Avalon’s capable of feeling anger, at least not mentally. Physically I think they could, but Rawne is the last person that would be directed at right now. They could have plenty of confusion to go around, though. They want to help; they sort of want to solve some of his problems, even though their powers can’t really do that

They’re not entirely sure they have “enough” emotions to care the way they want to, but they try to “compensate” by doing things.

I think only a major betrayal would make him really angry

but if they started backing away from other people or cut themself off or something like that, he'd be disappointed

I could see them telling people about some of the things they’ve learned about Rawne, trying to figure out what they should do or how they should feel. They’d tell Malcolm about stuff, and maybe Will. Maybe Tendi, depending on the situation.

As for cutting themself off from people, most of their CR are pretty good right now. They need to start seeing their temp pairings as more than people they need to protect, though. And I could see them backing away from Rawne a bit, if they felt like they should sort of “take a break” to figure things out

and if they told Tendi some of his personal things, he might get mad depending on what they tell her. He doesn't really know her

Do you have a preference?

I think them telling Tendi something he considers personal (about one of the battles he's fought, maybe, or his time on Gereon hiding from the enemy) there'd be more conflict

so as far as that goes, I'd prefer that
