[local] Great now my favorite place in Lowell (Mill 5) is suddenly closing down because the owner of the building sold it to a charter school. :| People are so upset, the news came yesterday
City can't do shit because it's a private sale but they're lying through their teeth about "working with the businesses" inside the mill.
Because the farmer's market owner and half the shop owners are like "...well you never reached out to any of us so that's horseshit"
Load of geeky shit getting closed down, it sucks.
The mini theater, the board game cafe, the miniatures shop, the farmer's market. :| Fucking hell.
