I didn't know, but I am not surprised. The animators/creators wanted to make the scene more explicit, as they mentioned in an interview but got 'a slap on the wrist' and had to tone it down because some counttries (china as you can see) were already doing this shit and close to banning the show

in the last scene it looks like Cait's neck si just broken because they deleted Vi, ppffff
