Not sure if it will help, but I use Notes and ⌘V. Right-clicking and using Paste will include formatting, Cmd V removes formatting.

Also, a trick I got in the habit of using when I used Safari (I've since switched back to Firefox) was to create a Pinned folder as the first folder on my toolbar, and keep my pinned links in it. Then it's easy to reopen all whenever the links get lost.

Removing style in what context? If between applications, you can often find a “Paste without formatting” option under the Edit menu, sometimes assigned to Shift-Command V or Shift-Command-Option V.
