if it were just immediate family/people that live here, sure

but having everyone over its gonna be loud and crowded and you KNOW politics is gonna come up since like 90% of my family is fucking conservative so i'm probably gonna take my food and book it upstairs loool

same, girl, same. The sigh of relief I had when I found out a) one sibling is the midst of moving with his girlfriend so they are out on Thanksgiving and b) and everyone's beefing with the other sibling so no one wants to do thanksgiving with them so i can just chill

and have a quiet holiday with my dad with a small, simple dinner

will miss hanging out with my niece tho

she's turned into a pretty awesome young human and i enjoy her and her transformation
