oooh, the textures on that first one are great, especially the flowers

but I really love this second one, with just the mountain peaks rising out of the fog in a way that makes it feel uncertain if they're rising out of a misty ocean or actual high mountain peaks

I've been reactivating old gouache palettes but I think it might work even nicer if I use fresh paint, though I had some luck reviving one of the palettes with some warm water and LOTS of stirring

floofdoodle: it's fun! I accidentally picked up black watercolor paper a while back so now I get to use it

BBitsaboi: I think it will! it was a dumb chemistry thing and it should even out. honestly once I knew what the hell was up I was much better. It's the 'WHY IS MY BRAIN FREAKING OUT' panic that always gets me worst.

Fuzzytale: funny enough that one was just this abandoned half of a painting that was at the front of my sketchbook and I was like 'lemme do something with it' since I was feeling like combining watercolor and gouache. Worked okay I think! I really am pleased with the clouds. they definitely had an ugly phase ^_^

I feel that. I was dumb one time back when I was taking Ssris and Hrt, and stopped cold turkey on both and stressed my body out so badly I got shingles at 22. had to work through it cause I was a broke ass bitch but I literally thought I was going to die brain chemistry is wild.

oh no 8C yeah, figuring out dosages on new meds and stuff can be horrible trial and error because not everyone uptakes the same way. I hope it gets sorted before it becomes an issue again
