Worse Urusei

I want to say that an Ataru little sister could be an immensely entertaining little shit. She could hate her brother's guts, look up to Lum, and while Atarus is always trying to score a date, she has so many confessions and middle-school crushes swooning after her that she eats out every night.

Just, I am absolutely certain that modern anime doesn't have it in them to have that kind of little sister.
