To be clear I definitely DO have ADHD. They’re just pointing out my exhaustion and inexplicable sleep problems, joint pain and fog date way further back than this particular ‘stuck in bed like a Victorian waif’ two weeks of miserable
I have gotten better at tagging via phone, I guess? If only I was much good at TLs via phone I’d probably catch up. A thing to work on for when I can’t sleep. Right now: sleep. And then work in bursts with alternating rest and maybe RP, to see if that works instead of trying to be at my usual number of spoons and being mad when I’m not.
It’s possible it’s something else, too, but whatever the fuck it is sucks and probably needs to get dealt with the same way: letting my body rest, eating enough protein and hydrating, and not overdoing it
