A question I am compelled to ask.Is it rude to watch videos on your phone without headphones, while in a shared space in your home. (For example, the big room where everyone eats dinner together. while you're eating dinner.)
slappin the invisible nuance button: i think its rude if its really loud and other people are also in that room sitting right next to you or are trying to talk to you, but its fine if you're just chilling in the shared space alone or if you have it high enough to hear but not enough to bother someone
it depends on the comfort levels and also how loud you need it to hear it. my roommate just lets videos blare as he paces through the house, but i'm not gonna tell him not to if i'm in my room and have no intentions of entering the shared space and can simply turn a fan on to drown it out
bus? we are in too small a space for this. bad. plus the even bigger issue is that then someone ELSE might start playing a video and then it becomes a nightmare
