Nimrod’s second new passport got lost in shipment or maybe stolen. And it was sent by “FedEx international priority”.It supposed to be in a padded pak, but it was only a thin plastics envelope, and was already teared when he received it.
He called fedex, they said it gets broken in France. But they didn’t notify him.
That’s such a crummy costumer service. But sad thing is there’s not many option to have international shopping from a country on the other side of the globe.

He’s at home not stranded, still have old passport.
Update on that matter. They finally figured out that the package got “split” in France and they managed to re-ensemble hopefully everything. Now we patiently waiting the other package to arrived using different shipping company affiliated to FedEx.
Fingers crossed everything will be delivered.

Wait... why does the fedex goes past france? Where is it sent from?
Sent from New Zealand. I think they have FedEx center in France for Europe operations. And yes, Israel, most of the time, are included in European operations, so not part of Middle East.
