Kenma: low pressure presence and casual touch. sitting next to him while he plays games or leaning into each other etc, just being around him while he does his own thing. a little bit of reassurance and I think he enjoys most other love languages except gift giving (somewhat ironic because he likes to give gifts?)

Toph: a bit tougher. she likes a bit of praise, support and private physical affection, a bit of gift giving. I haven't gotten to really test it out much in game given her eternal single status, but I think that's about right with friends.

finally! dubbins: Riddle: he's a pretty new voice so this is a bit harder but I think he'd be big on receiving words of affirmation and acts of service are a big deal to him, and he tends to show it in return with acts of service and quality time. he's very stiff about physical touch and definitely enjoyed (hug the boy) but he's more uncertain with those

I feel like he often feels like he has to be the responsible one and do everything himself, along with probably having a little bit of self doubt or uncertainty regarding anyone wanting to be with him so like, doing something for him is a lot, it lets him know that he can rely on them too.

7: lower back and sides are a good spot, brushing against his cheek or behind an ear are also good. hold his hips for a surprise reaction at any point.

8: honestly I think he likes lip kisses a lot, but the neck is definitely a weak point and if you kiss along his inner hip or lower abdomen he's dead, that's a melted cat right there

19: deep breath, okay passively? hell just spend time with you and be very interested, Kenma's interest is usually a kind of hyperfocus and he can be a bit intense about it so this only really appears once he's comfortable with you.

23. Being interesting is a big one. for Kenma I think the rest builds with interaction over time but he has to find you interesting or fun first. whether that's because you're a bit weird or intense
