James vocal in here is very different tho, sounds very young. I got used his vocal on the 90, with their famous song like “Nothing Else Matters” where his voice is heavier and raspier.

Also one thing I just learned, that this band first album is on the 1983, and this album is from 1988.

Among any other band from that era, their music surely stood out, it doesn’t sounds like it’s from the 80. Pretty much modern yet timeless sound.

i think you should try to listen for more progressive/adjacent metal or hardcore-ish genre instead of this old grandpa classic thrash metal, i also never like this kind of metal , too much sweat

I’m listening albums from some list 100 top albums, from the lowest to number one, so I don’t choose which album that I should listen next.

for me it's like hearing W.A.P by megan thee stallion and deciding that hip hop is not for my liking but then i haven't heard about mamushi
