Finally had my podiatry appointment. Apparently I messed up a tendon so I got the boot.
Going to be wearing a walking cast for the next five weeks.

(My mother just got clearance to ditch the boot and begin strengthening)

It's more to keep me from moving in wrong ways to let things heal.
I feel so immobilized. But it's good for me...
