Roughly eight yards of cotton fabric, and about a hundred ounces of polyester stuffing- like a body pillow and a half’s worth

Plus some quilt batting. I used a queen sized sheet, but I didn’t use all of it since this is only a full sized bed

This is a puff quilt!

Basically you sew a bunch of squares together and then add extra stuffing as you join them together so that it becomes like a blanket made out of tiny pillows

That leaves spots at the corners which are thin

So most people do a baking layer of fleece or something

I added an extra layer of padding for bonus cuddling as

And then my bottom layer is just a bedsheet
