I wish I could move to be closer to more people that I could trust to be my emergency contact. I wish there was, like, a charity that helped purchase and fix up property for small groups of disabled/homeless and technically "owned it" but had 'lifetime use' clauses for the people they helped. (the "rent" would be a combination of whatever the residents can

pay of the mortgage/utilities/property taxes. and if they can't make all if it in a month, that's okay. no late fees or evictions for that.

that said. maybe I should plurk about it? Like if anyone needs an emergency place to stay for a few nights (limit is 14, 13 to be safe), but I got a sofa sleeper partly with the vague idea that if someone needed it, I could help that way
