Just took an ibuprofen and some paracetamol. My back currently hates me.
Why?
1: Up and down and leaning forward doing some pricing today.
2: Ran into coworker, her partner and her son on the way to the fireworks. Decided it was a great idea to deadlift a 7 year old.
It was NOT a good idea to deadlift a 7 year old.
3: Standing for 45 minutes, either in line to get food or watching fireworks.
One cup of mulled wine is not enough to make my back feel better.
oh man
It's fine. Just a little stiff and cranky last night. Better today.
