Totally missed my chance to do some event-y things that were important to me (and I feel like, to Teddy’s character) last month, so ...I might really lazily post those if I can and anyone is still interested, but they’d be super back tagging level speed if I can get to them

I think you should just post the thing. In the past when I've struggled and posted stuff super late, the people I had plans with were still interested and did tag them, even if they also took some time to get around to them.

there's rarely "oh well this went up a week late, I'm not gonna bother now" from many people!

if you put up an open thing I'll take a look at it, if you tag the ridiculous open thing I put up that nobody tagged I'll hit it back, etc.

the only stuff that's usually mega time sensitive is stuff where the player says up front that they can't take on any more or stuff involving mods where the mods put due dates on things.

+1 to that. it's easy to feel like you totally missed out but this game is especially receptive to backtagging. like i'm still replying to a thread that started in august. if you wanna play these things/feel like theyre important to where teddy's arc is going, i'd just do it

I had a thread that started in early April that was still regularly getting tagged at a very lax pace in August

(I am also not too bothered if nobody tags that ridiculous open thing I put up, btw, it's there because it amused me to write it! I threw those things up very late after being like "idk I don't feel like top leveling but I did promise a few people and I don't want to flake on them.")

i totally encourage going for it, especially with the game ending i'm in this place of "fuck it nothing matters do everything your heart desires while you can"

i won't be taking on any more event threads myself but hannah and i have talked about doing some birthday shenanigans that could be more light hearted and fun if you want
