I'm fuggin tired but not as tired as I should be after getting up at 2 am three days in a row to run 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles and 13.1 miles, respectively. So I will call that a win.
God the runDisney costume game is on point. Higher quality and more creativity than any con I've ever been to.
Some girl dressed up as the allergy stick that Disney puts on flagged meals. This sounds unhinged (it is) but was also incredibly funny to us.
I also stood in line in front of these amazing people at a character greet during the half 
And then there's THIS dude who apparently runs ALL the races in costume while never breaking character.

what’s the race course? do you run through the parks at all?
withsyrup: yes! the courses vary by race distance (and they aren't always the same from year to year), but they all start and end just outside the Epcot entrance

omg neat!!!
10k, which went around the Boardwalk hotels lake 
half, which went through Epcot, Hollywood Studios and around Blizzard Beach
We got to run through Galaxy's Edge and Toy Story Land which was really cool
when I ran that race in 2017, it went through Animal Kingdom but barely any Hollywood so this was a fun change for me even though I do love me some Animal Kingdom
DAMN
During the Epcot world showcase sections, a lot of the country representatives were holding country banners and waving and cheering us on
Lots of character photo stops, music spots for marching bands and gospel choirs and a taiko drum group
The races are expensive but they are very unique and fun

I need to save some of the photos of people's costumes to share once Leslie sends us ours, they were too good
What a fun race!
I would still be running and therefore miserable but the scenery and setup are so fun
they were truly Good Vibes races
which was a great way to end my fall running season after what happened
