Any times rides were not involved? I never really had ear infections or anything like that.

Hence one time in 2018 I went to visit my now fiancée for like 4 months and didn't have an issue.

Maybe the rides are interrupting your inner ear function

Did it involve flying beforehand at all? Flying can do some funky stuff to your ear, but it might take a bit for it to set in. I've got some weird ear injury, it doesn't cause me pain but it can "reopen" after flying

and if I try and hold in my sneezes anyone sitting next to me will feel air come out of me ear

dubbins: yeah. I flew into Orlando on the 23rd and I went on rides on the 24th.

With the Disney thing? I went to Disney on my last day of my trip last year.

Could also have to do with which rides. Like there are some my mom CANNOT go on

And a few I go on and love but am always dizzy and little unwell after.
