we didn't have internet when i got home last night and in my search for something to watch before bed i discovered i inexplicably have the entire Merlin TV show downloaded on my ex. hard drive
so i watched a couple episodes of that
my conclusions thus far:
Merlin needs to calm down

Uther is a bastard but we all knew that already
i much prefer Eve Myles as this singer lady than her role as Gwen
Me: Oh Merlin, I remember watching... oh yeah that Merlin. I forget it exists. i always think of the Sam Neill one
that one is fantastic as well, love that one
though i always have a little beef with the fact he doesn't do much magic/magic is kind of shown to be All Bad in that version
for a famous wizard it's just a little odd
