RSotRP - Hahahaha. Collins does not have a romantic state. Sadly. I really should look into getting him some friends with benefits deals going because he is definitely getting a little frustrated lately. It's been a while... not the full year he's been here, thankfully!! But some months since the last port viable for such affairs. Oof.
Although, outside of TLV he does have a slow burn sort of thing going on with someone... it's kinda nice and I would love for more. He's either wild and toxic dangerous, or stupidly gentle depending on the partner.
SotRP - In general, things are moving in a good direction. I need to write up Collins's graduation blurb so I can submit it soon. I think he's pretty much there. I mean, he has plenty of things to learn and sort through! Probably always will! But he's doing relatively good and he's got people he cares about and an idea of what to do with that.
He just needs to sort it out a bit more. I'll probably try to finish up some of his newest tags (especially the one with Aerith because I think it's going to head in a direction that Means a Lot once they get talking about serious things) before graduating him, but then. /rubs hands together.

It, um, had something to do with something John keeps telling Collins and they just had an argument about it (again) and John insisted that the Dark World was what will happen no if ands or exceptions and instead of giving Collins a direction he essentially took it away and made everything mean nothing.
So without a reason, why not just murder someone.
He gets a happy song to tide him over for a time, and he gets punished and stuck on the Barge for a while which means no death.
Of course, he fully expects to be dropped eventually and so nothing matters anyway.
(Not that he wants to believe John, mind you. As I put it in a tag, Collins is 'Catholic at best, believing in Heaven and Hell; or atheist at worst, and believes death is it, there's nothing after that.' He's quite content with that. Death is his lifestyle. Memento mori.)
(But also there is the potential for a certain over-powered alien entity to play with Collins. So either way he's screwed because he has an Outer God on one hand and a bastard "admiral" on the other, both entities with too much power and time on their hands to make other people miserable.)
