I saw people defending this shit on Twitter and just want to grab their faces and whisper into their ears "the millionaire YouTubers are not your friends"

is it unlikely any of the millionaire Youtubers were deliberately, at a personal level, ensuring that this shit happened, sure.

But this is still from an operation that, at the minimal level of involvement, they were comfortable telling people to buy and attaching their name to.

That does not make this better
