Words and phrases, usually included in a person's bio or username in online spaces. These are usually very subtle and unassuming to non-fascists to keep the user from being discovered by anyone they don't want to be found by (hence the name, dogwhistle).
The whole article really made me feel proud of my scene for rising up and absolutely refusing to tolerate nazis so that we don't have to worry as much about them today. Of course some still try to sneak in and disguise themselves under the punk aesthetic, but they rarely stay very long.
