and the other is loading in a small dance company, but I would be the one in charge, essentially the lead on the crew

the second one pays a little less and has less hours but has the implication that I am a trusted person

the other is longer hours, slightly better pay, and also Nutcracker!!!

My honest opinion is that you should take the one that would look better on a future resume. If you feel that they would both look equally good on a resume, then I would say go with the Nutcracker because Nutcracker.

Would this level of detail be seen in a resume? Do future gigs of this type see the details of this? Or are the people most likely to know about the 'truated with leadership' aspect limited to who is directly involved that day?

turns out I was incorrect, the Ballet job was not the Nutcracker, but a different show being loaded in. I have put in for the Load-out, bailed on the Load-In, and I have decided to do the smaller dance company!

I have also signed up to do the Nutcracker load in which is actually not until next month 😅

well okay, I said "signed up". I put a bid on it.

re: the High School, it's going pretty well! we're in crunch time, since we need to have the set mostly finished by October 28th...
