i have very controversial opinions but the short of it is yes, you're right, the fun is being sucked out of everything

I have only ever enjoyed Star Wars when I stayed in weird little corners tbh (read: making swtor OCs) but I think the only modern thing I have really liked is the Jedi Survivor games ... and I still haven't played the second one

but the reason I'm more of a Trekkie is because Star Wars is so frustrating about vague or nonexistent lore for its aliens and I can't stand it lol

I oughta play Jedi Survivor after I finish Ghostwire 🤔 Cal is a good bean and I liked how Fallen Order addressed all the tragic stuff he went through
