I think I'm going to move toward primarily using thon, actually, at least in online spaces?
Like, they/them is not and will never be wrong, but thon is better
that's thon/thon/thon's/thonself for the unfamiliar, it's a contraction of that one/this one
because kids these days have been making up pronouns for at least 150 years
I would be lying if I said that part of the appeal wasn't that it allows me to get snarky about characterizing nonstandard pronouns as "neopronouns"
