as a more detailed update, doctor said I can try and run Atlantic City Marathon next week, but she is concerned that fitness loss means it's not a great idea (me too tbh) so I will likely do some shorter test runs first and talk to my coach
The fact that I got through 99% of my marathon training cycle does mean something, since it takes a while for fitness to fade enough to reduce your maximum mileage, but it's also been about a month only being able to do cardio on the elliptical
