What’s a game that you think looks cool but you’re too intimidated by the gameplay to feel ready to dive into?

Overbringer: I think Yggdra Union/Blaze Union is the big one, I've played a bit but there's so much to keep track of and it's just enough and just unlike other tactics games that my instincts are a huge scramble

Holsety: Listen there's unions and items that you have to get with weird prerequisites and powerups that wear off after a certain amount of maps and I'm not sure which cards to spend exp to level up and you move by playing cards that can also freeze the terrain and then there's this son of a bitch I have to beat with the Steal if I want to get his boots!!

I've got a certain amount of nostalgia for the era where we had to have everything on physical discs and could lend them back and forth to our friends. 2000s or so. On one hand digital gives you so much game but this means I have choice paralysis and end up playing Nonograms or a crossword...

Back when I only had Pokemon Yellow I'd be playing Pokemon Yellow,

hotandcoldaf: 9/10 for plot and characters, 7 for wow you played this an insane amount of times

I've never actually played 8 in original handheld form or else it would have Got Me pretty hard I think, I like the skills and classes

The modern games have a lot of Stuff but it stops
me from getting at the gameplay if I have to go around doing fishing games and scheduling between fights and of course I can't just not, I'm a minmaxer

Tellius hits a nice point of there's forging and supports and bexp to play with between maps all easily selected from the menu
