沒處理好會超臭,內臟類的都不好處理,真的很麻煩
內臟大魔王另一個是腰子...
聽以前外婆他們好像都用沙士或可樂+粗鹽洗大腸
自己之前另外從初級水鴨血去腥開始製作...也是麻煩+味道驚人
