Binibigyan din nya ako ng mobility exercises lalo na't persistent ang pain ko sa traps and lower right back. Homebased lang din ako. Was planning gym bakal kaso mpox. Critical sa atin ang good form.
tyronthedragon: thanks! Saka na muna. wala pa trabaho eh. pero this year lang nagpa-check sa ortho, had x-ray, and 2 sessions with a PT. so, I just follow the exercises na pinagawa (hindi lng ako naging diligent).
forgotmyog: Yeah, depende na rin talaga sa goals mo pero we need to be as diligent as possible. Ang bad habit ko, pag nawala mga sakit ko sa katawan, nagiging kampante na ako tapos ayun babalik ulit.
