I think I have an idea. Part dragon Soo Won with branch like horns, draconic eyes and red scales on his cheek that resembles the blood splatter on his cheek in this image

and a reference for an eastern dragon for the horns

for the scales on his cheek I just what the one side so ignore the small bit of blood on the otherside.
