yes, it does give some decent gear now but the actual lessons were updated.

you can do that at level 15, the Smith in the inn

yeah, it runs you through basic battle things and as you see in that screencap, mechs (that's a tank buster, so unless you're a tank, stay out!)

The ones for specific mechanics will be unlocked around level 49 - right before the original endgame stuff

yeah it's available you can do it and get pretty gear

it differentiates for DPS, healers, and tanks

so yeah you'll get the DPS version and it will give you appropriate challenges

when you go to momodi, near her there is a guy with a big green icon over his head

that's the guy to let you into the hall of the novice

(when you do msq 10, you'll be told about him.)

also the first dungeon is right next to it. so the game will annoy you when it becomes relevant

I think because road to 90, they're very far from the first dungeon.

the hall of the novice does teach some things about the mmo aspect, esp how to focus on enemies

since most people are bored af of it

I don't really have a problem with Crystal tower myself. Yeah, we've all done them a million times now, but it least they're relatively quick if you draw them on roulette. It's the Neir raids I'm not fond of, particularly the Tower at Paradigms Breach.

But personal preferences aside, I'm super excited for new content. :3

I'll take tower over copied factory any day

and either of them over labyrinth (the other two in ct are less or a problem for me, that one has things that deliberately slow you down, like only one alliance being able to damage the boss)

(syrcus is a little boring but it's fast, wod does make you pay attention)

i don't mind any of them personally, but it would be interesting to finally have a more challenging CT haha
