Honestly, yeah, like Sozin and Roku but in reverse.

I mean, that was also kinda what Aang and Zuko's friendship was about, it makes sense. And TBH I feel like you could split the failings of Sozin's Fire Nation right down the middle and clearly identify the resulting halves as Zuko and Azula.
