I was so bogged down this last school year that I didn’t see how much I did for them

Including the middle school student who was going through you know middle school things she really likes art so I would let her draw when she got permission to help in my room I hope she continues it

I got so lost in my head that I thought I was a bad teacher and a bad person having my work friend deliver messages from them makes me smile

I have to stop feeling bad for what’s happening there too my AP caused it but now that everything is biting her in the ass it’s my default to go “well dang...” but I stop myself and go “nope she caused this she has to deal with it”

Right now I don’t think I would teach again but I could be a tutor or something education adjacent for now

I am so glad you're getting that kind of feedback now, even or maybe particularly a while after the fact. Positive impact!
