ok, so. Avan's never actually made any money from the hero tutor gig, right? like, when we first meet him, despite the little ad he shows Dai and the fact that he has multiple course options, he only actually has two graduates

it's not like he in any way needs the money, it's just really funny how in retrospect, hero tutor is absolutely not a real job
