I feel like I've run into this before but I am NOT gonna remember wtf I did to fix it without playing with it again. DW is funky sometimes

it's something to do with how it wants to line up with the image, very annoying

I also need to figure out if I can emulate padding in some meaningful way or if I just need to accept that Tables Ugly
