okay but here is something to actually be upset about: my elbow has been hurting more and more to bend and use normally

i am positive it is wear abd tear from the nature of my work

i requested an elbow brace from the nurse's office from my boss and her response was 'are you sure you hurt it at work'

i know that this is likely to appease the bean counters or whatever, but honestly

regardless of if i did or not, it is going to impact my work performance and may eventually lead to some kind of medical procedure if i don't find a way to stop it from getting worse

in light of that, just give me the damn thing
