As someone who hates memory loss tropes in TV shows, I think that Tabula Rasa in Buffy has a perfect combination of hilarious and slightly cringey moments that makes it perfect. It's probably my favourite ever episode of the show.

You should learn memory palace aka mind palace techniques. Very useful for high school and college.
So I heard of this a few years ago and I find it really interesting but I've always had trouble closing off my mind to do what I need it to do at the right time. Maybe I'll revisit it though
