BDO has an expansion on Sept 12th that is very much anticipated.

PA has said that due to the current strike they chose to release to global at the same time as Korea rather than continue to delay. We'll have subtitles but Korean voice overs. So at least they translated in advance... they aren't great at it but it's usually comically bad

Nightingale is also getting a MAJOR update on Sept 12th that is going to cause a full wipe

Realm wipe, recipe wipe. A wipe

And I had floated away from the game long enough that I'm not heartbroken by this wipe and, honestly, it's welcome

Although combat still looks kinda “meh”, lol

I liked the combat! It wasn't very flashy, but the different weapons and spells made it interesting I thought

I think I was just suffering a lot of latency, so it was making it hard to enjoy that

That said, the offline play update is one I very much appreciate

Yeah... if there's latency issues I can imagine it'd be frustrating

I didn't have much, luckily. But in certain scenarios I did and that was painful

I think like, the caves caused massive issues for me

And there's a lot of POIs in caves
