[intro plurk] Hi there! I'm Jen, a transgender woman living in Philadelphia.
I'm currently unemployed and looking for work. While doing that, I also wrote and published my first book, The Ballad of the Grey Swan. It's a queer swashbuckling fantasy romance set in a world I've been building for a while.

I've just finished the Google IT Support Certification Course, and considering taking the Microsoft equivalent.
I am a longtime tabletop RPG player and GM. The world that the Ballad of the Grey Swan is set it, Taeliana, is one I worked on and off for a while, moving a bit more after the OGL nuttiness a year and a half back from Wizards of the Coast, to shed some things from their IP.
I have also done work with 3D printing, and once I have the room want to get back to that, as well as making some costumes - maybe of my characters!

What's your education like if I may ask? If you've got a BA of any sort I can see about helping you find work through the federal government
state and local doesn't require BAs, and will get you started up the ladder with good insurance btw
grimdork No Bachelors - I flunked out of Arcadia U halfway through. most of what I have has been self-taught.
ahh, state adn local is the best bet for finding work atm, most government is BA-heavy
