i literally sound like i'm giving birth because yelling is the only way to deal with it, pepto helps the tiniest bit but not enough

and it's 100% stress

I've been in the ER waiting room for 3 hours but they finally gave me a Tylenol and I don't want to die anymore

Update on this in case anyone was worried: I am not recovered but I got test results that it's not an infection so I'm taking medicine now to make life livable until I can get to my regular doctor

oh lord please be careful because when this happened to me, it turned out to be my gallbladder

man i would be fine with that actually because at least a gall bladder is fixable
