I"m sick with covid officially now, but my gut and my mental health feel really great??? like really abnormally?

I feel like I'm actually having emotions and my anxiety is really low, and my bloating is like, gone

I swear to god there's something totally off kilter with my immune system

it's kicked into high gear and somehow that improves my mental illness symptoms???

aren't you supposed to be MORE anxious when you're sick???????

LoneWolfPrincess: oh I agree. it all started when I was a kid and my nueropsych is sure I had PANDAS

(it's a psychosis that happens to children due to a autoimmune disorder)

but I wish we could pinpoint the how and why here, it's so bizarre

that doctor often tells me that an autoimmune disorder is the root of this, and that in psychiatrics they're making some headway in that area, but right now we're just doing whatever we can to keep me stable
