there's some kind of post drip tickling my throat too

I took some meds immediately and took a shower and now I feel okay. not great but okay

after meds and breakfast I went back to sleep for like 4 hours lol

I think I feel worse today because I took a long walk yesterday and probably shouldn't have pushed myself like that
