I made a dinner tonight that as I was eating, I was like. "this tastes like something I would get at a restaurant." and I felt really good about it

i made a spicy salmon and shrimp bowl w/ rice, corn, edamame, and a quick cucumber salad that i then drizzle with a sriracha lime honey mayo sauce that my family really liked a few weeks back... even better this time.

cooking always makes me feel powerful, tbh
