A lot of this 'short king Nico' is only because he's gay and they want to make him as uke as possible.

(I mean, granted, both of his love interests were taller than him. With Percy being 6' and Will being able to use his shoulder as a comfortable arm rest, so he's probably taller than Percy or Jason.)
