izou's player and me suggested a general festival player plot that got worked into the log and i wanted everyone to get yukata so i asked if we could do it
and mods were like ok 500 points and i added i didn't want ic credit..... bc i was really busy at the time and couldn't deal sdfghjkl
so it was just an ooc bonus
but also i had almost 2K points at the time so i didnt care about burning some points dfghjkl
