[health updates] I just need somewhere to ramble
for once there is a positive one which is, I'm on a new daily inhaler and I haven't had to use my rescue one in almost two weeks
as opposed to "so often my pharmacy started charging for them"
that said I really need to remember that just because I can walk distances without having an asthma attack doesn't mean I SHOULD
because y'know, PEM
also my doctor thinks I have POTS which would explain a lot
buuut
The home stand test seemed inconclusive, my pulse went up by like... 20, but not 30
I'm supposed to pick up a 24 hour heart monitor but it's been too warm to go do it
I DO crave salt at all times
so at least "eat more salt" would be easy
im so glad about the inhaler ;O;
